Mardi Gras, or “Fat Tuesday,” is the ultimate celebration before Lent—a time to indulge, dance, and let the good times roll! It all started centuries ago with French traditions and made its way to New Orleans, where it exploded into the colorful, music-filled spectacle we know today.
At the heart of the fun are the krewes—creative, spirited groups that throw the parades, host the balls, and bring the magic to life. Each krewe has its own name, theme, and personality (much like our company teams!), and they compete in everything from float design to party planning. In true Mardi Gras fashion, our krewes will carry on the tradition with a little friendly rivalry, a lot of teamwork, and plenty of sparkle.
Get ready to bring the spirit of Mardi Gras to life—one krewe at a time! As part of our corporate kickoff celebration, each division will become its own Mardi Gras-style krewe, complete with a unique name, identity, and flair. This is your team’s chance to show off your creativity, culture, and pride with a name that reflects your personality and mission. Will your krewe be bold and regal? Mysterious and magical? Outrageously fun? The choice is yours—but bring the energy, because names will be judged for originality, theme alignment, and team spirit. Let the naming begin… and may the most legendary krewe rise to the top!
Winning krewe names will be revealed the first week of July and we will kick off another Mardi Gras contest at that time so check back for results!
